Heads up!!! Hey hey, EMR are about to drop their debut LP “Elevate” The 11 track album could possibly be one of the best hip hop releases to ever come out of Brisbane. But only time will tell. Make sure you cop it from itunes due out in late July. Keep an eye on their page for tour dates.

Schoolfight will be dropping their LP late in 2012 and have been hard at work touring and gaining a swag of supporters up and down the east cost of OZ.

Impossible Odds will be dropping a few free downloads shortly for the peeps hungry for some between release relief.

Gamarang’s debut EP is in the mix and about to be mastered. A stunning EP showcasing his full range of styles and political views. Due out in late 2012 on itunes. Keep you ears to the ground for this one the EP yet to be titled will be available through itunes worldwide.

Exciting times for us here at Impossible Odds Records, with not one but three label mates making it to the finals in the Queensland Music Awards 2011.

And the nominees are……. lol! Schoolfight, in the Urban category with their latest single ‘ROBOTS’ taking from their forth coming album. Adventure Land hits the Queensland Music Awards for their first and certainly not time, in the category of Pop with their latest single ‘The Eastern Sky’ from their forthcoming EP by the same name ‘The Eastern Sky’. The Queensland Music Courier Mail Peoples Choice Award saw Fred Leone of Impossible Odds up for a Most Popular Male Artist. Unfortunately he was knocked out in this weeks voting polls. Impossible Odds is also up for two Indigenous Hip Hop and R&B BUMP Awards in the categories of ‘Group of the Year’ and the ‘Lyle Munro Urban Legend Award’.

Adventure Land news

The 20th of July ushered in the release of Adventure Lands’ ‘The Eastern Sky’ Official Video Clip on youtube. The clip has received over one thousand hits since it’s launch two days ago.
